The rised point by Wahid.fr:
India is changing, and to change indian mentality, bollywood movies could help and incite to change.
No, the widow don’t give bad luck if she/he is present to a wedding.
No, a widow has the right to get married again if her husband die.
Traditions are not above the human.
This movie is evoking several controversies about the Indian cultureS and traditionS.
Baabul is not a movie like the others, it doesn’t contribute to fix the traditions.
Baabul is concerned about the future of widows, specially the women. Cause, the widow men have less discrimination in the eyes of the society. Eyes, that a lot of time are a heavy weight on the life of each Indian.
People don’t, can’t live for them, but according the opinion of the others…

You can see at Vrindavan, near Mathura, 200 km, south of Delhi. you can see thousands of widows. They have no right to wear colored clothes, no jewels, no right to get married, no right to possess goods… The traditions asked to all those widows to stop to exist…

But, the things are changing with the new generation.
